1. Data controller

2. What Taituri is

Taituri is a conversational assistant that works through WhatsApp. It helps you design personalized products using artificial intelligence and makes it easy to buy them. This policy explains what data we process when you talk to Taituri, and why.

3. Data we process

  • Your WhatsApp phone number and the content of the messages you send.
  • The name and details you provide for the design (for example theme, style, colours or text).
  • The images and design proposals generated during the conversation.
  • Order data if you decide to buy. We do not process payment data: payment is made directly through the store's secure gateway (Shopify).

4. Purposes

  • Handle your conversation and guide you through the design.
  • Generate the design proposals with artificial intelligence.
  • Prepare the purchase link or order you request.
  • Provide support and answer your questions.

5. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you start the conversation, and to take pre-contractual steps and perform the contract when you request a design or a purchase. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

6. Retention

We keep conversation data for a limited time and delete it automatically when it is no longer needed. Data linked to an order is kept for the periods required by applicable tax and commercial regulations.

7. Recipients and processors

To provide the service we rely on providers acting as data processors, under the corresponding contractual safeguards:

  • Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), for messaging.
  • Google (Vertex AI), for AI image generation.
  • Cloudflare, for hosting images and this website.
  • Shopify, for order management and payment.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or recognised adequacy frameworks.

8. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@creacioncelebra.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

9. Minors

When a design is intended for a minor, the data must be provided by a responsible adult. Taituri is intended to be used by adults.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or in regulations. We will always publish the current version on this page, with its last updated date.
